Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Your right to cancel (UK & EU customers)
As a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at:

Please include your order number and the items you wish to return
Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
2. Returns for faulty or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
In this case, we will cover the cost of return postage and arrange collection or a prepaid returns label where possible.
3. How to return an item
To initiate a return:

We will provide you with return instructions
Package the item securely in its original packaging where possible
Include a note with your name and order number inside the parcel
As our products are fulfilled via Amazon, we may direct you to Amazon’s returns portal in some cases. Our returns and refund commitments remain the same regardless of the returns method used.
4. Condition of returned items
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In original packaging where possible
- Returned within the timeframe stated above
- We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the item has been used, damaged, or returned in an unsatisfactory condition beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
We will refund the full product price including any standard delivery charges you paid. If you chose an enhanced or express delivery option, only the cost of standard delivery will be refunded.
6. International returns
Customers outside the UK are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Please note that any customs duties or import taxes paid on delivery are non-refundable by us. You may be able to reclaim these through your local customs authority.
7. Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Items that have been personalised or made to order
- Items that have been used or are not in a resaleable condition
- Items returned outside the applicable return window
